About The Author
Ratsietsi James Monare has been married to Sophia Seipati Monare for 30 years and is a devoted father of four. Ordained as a pastor in 2018 and a dedicated preacher, he brings a wealth of spiritual insight to his writing and ministry.
Ratsietsi’s professional background is rooted in human resources, holding an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern Business School, a B. Tech Degree in Human Resources Development from UNISA, and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Technikon SA.
His qualifications also include a certificate in Christian Counselling and Pastoral Care from Auckland Park Theological Seminary and an Executive Leadership Development Programme qualification from University of Pretoria (UP).
Outside of his role as a preacher and author, Ratsietsi serves as a council member for the Mining Industry Human Resources Practitioner Association, where he has held roles including President and Vice President. A gym enthusiast, runner, and casual golfer, Ratsietsi brings the same discipline and commitment to his hobbies as he does to his work and ministry.
